About FSC

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) is the regulator for the non-bank financial services sector. It came into existence with the Financial Services Development Act of 2001. It is an integrated body formed from the amalgamation of former regulatory bodies. The FSC licenses, regulates and acts as a supervisor for non-bank financial institutions, located in Mauritius. The non-bank financial sector is made of institutions dealing in:a

• Insurance and pensions
• Capital market activities
• Leasing & credit financing
• Global business operations

ACM Gold trading activities are authorised, licensed, and regulated by the FSC (Financial Services Commission of Mauritius)

About FSB

The Financial Services Board is an independent institution that oversees the non-banking financial services sector in South Africa in the public interest.  The FSB promotes and maintains a secure financial investment atmosphere in South Africa.

ACM Gold is authorised Financial Service Provider of the Financial Service Board of South Africa.
